What makes leader a true leader????? it is very difficult task to be a person that everyone follows but if you are not good at this ,then it doesn't matter what great purpose you are going to serve ;people will not follow you and all the good deeds you done Its Just another waste of time. so what you can do to make people believe in you, trust you, and follow your positive intentions, have faith in you ;it all comes at a great price you need to sacrifice yourself to it. you have to surrender yourself completely to make a great impact on your audience .
1.the first thing you have to do is clear your mind ..
you have to be absolutely sure about what you want and whatever you are going to do will make a positive difference in our societyor not???
if you are confused about your purpose you cant lead it's that simple..
2. second thing is you have to select a bunch of people that you're completely trust with all of your work..
you have to select these people very carefully otherwise it cost you so much in future and not in the money but other things may go wrong ..
3.third step would be listen to everyone but filter all of that in your mind and intercept correctly what can be used for future references . Don't reject some one's Idea just because you don't like it consider it first and then tell them if this is going to work or not ..for that you need a very good communication skills. you have to be good and always positive when you're dealing with your people.
4 ..The thing is you have to see that you have flaws too. don't compare yourself with Mr perfectionist..
if someone tell you that you have something wrong in your methods you have to take it seriously and respond according to it.
check every mistakes and try to improve your work and take a mental pledge that you never repeat those mistakes in the future.
now how to convince people to be with you? that's not an easy task if you're dealing with those who have narrow minded mentality.🤓 you have to be very careful because if you failed first then they will never believe in you after wards. so what you have to do is practice an imaginary scenario in your head and try to solve every single situations that might be occur when you actually deal with them .and by this if something comes up you are not going to feel strange
another thing I want to add in this is there will be a time when things don't work out and everything seems to be falling apart but you have to understand that it is only temporary ,I mean nobody get successful in just one night ...you know so in that difficult time you have to be patience and most importantly don't run from your people if you seems they are not cooperating. then there must be some reason don't blame anything on them unless proven . don't get upset with them and try to understand that they are giving you everything they have and now it's your time to stick with them in all ups and downs.
don't tempt yourself with false one because they are everywhere, they will distract you from your friends, your family and try to break you in a sweet way that you don't even realize until it's too late and everything you ever built is falling apart.
sometimes our friends tell harsh things but they are for your own good.
you have to lose something or someone for your own reputation. It's hard truth...
so keep these things in your mind and you will be successful leader in future..best of luck and. thanks for reading.
